This unit is designed to supply parts needed for Cut Out Fuse using heavy equipment including 12 to 63 TON impact presses and 7 to 150 TON hydraulic presses and 120 to 350 TON screw press machines. Multiple shavers and impact shears and pullers and column drills provide all the parts needed for assembly by using molded molds.
The high percentage of molds required within the company are designed by the engineering unit using CATIA and SOLIDWORK software and manufactured at the molding workshop using equipment such as Spark, Milling, Lathes and Magnetic Stone and then delivering the fragmentation unit.
The unit manufactures all the cast iron used in Cut Out Fuse using a 15 ton German galvanized ceramic furnace coating. The workshop is equipped with a centrifuge of 1400 rpm.
The unit assembles parts manufactured in various workshops and converts them into various Cut Out Fuses. The unit produces 500 units daily and delivers quality control. Then under the strict supervision of QC in the new way of packing and going to the warehouse.
This high voltage Power Fuse unit is manufactured under S&C standard with characteristic curves for currents of 125 and 80 amps. It is worth noting that this type of fuse is exclusively procured and the only consumer is Khuzestan Regional Electric Company.
This unit complies with S&C standards and curves, and meets the standards of all types of K-type and K-type condensate fuses and SloFast two-stroke annually 500,000,000 99.99% silver elements using 0.19 tin-coated trailing wire woven in different amps. Manufactures are manufactured and QC-supervised products are packaged and shipped to the warehouse.
